Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds will be processed when we receive your item. (Please allow 3-5 business days for most banks to process refunds) If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping Free shipping on all orders over $45.00! Free shipping can be combined with other promotions. We Ship anywhere in the world! Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to import restrictions and customs regulations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Dependent on the shipping method you choose when purchasing, delivery date estimates may vary. Please also note that the shipping rates for most items we sell are based on relative weight and size. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To respect the policies of the shipping services we use, all weights will be rounded to the full pound.
